Alice, the company chauffeur, takes a break from driving.

We make your dog’s food to order. Once prepared the food and other items are placed into separate containers and labelled.

This is then packed (together with feeding notes) into insulated, recyclable boxes containing freezer blocks and placed back in our cold room until the courier comes to collect it in the early evening for overnight delivery. Incidentally, our packaging keeps the food cold for up to 48 hours.

When the shipment arrives we ask you to take the food out of the box and put it into your freezer. We suggest that before going to bed every night you simply remove the following day’s food from the freezer so that it has a chance to defrost.

As we are still quite a small business our kitchen is only open Mondays and Tuesdays. The food is prepared and kept in our cold room and then despatched overnight for delivery the next day. In the future we plan to offer more delivery day options.

We do offer different delivery time options. You will be offered a choice as part of the ordering process.

In case it is difficult for you to commit to being home when your food is supposed to arrive we ask you to give us precise delivery instructions. These could be something like: ‘Put it in the shed in the back garden’ or ‘leave it with the pub next door’.

You are welcome to collect your food from our kitchens or offices thus saving you the post and packing charge. We can arrange a pick-up from Calne, Highworth or Pewsey – all of which are in Wiltshire. Just contact us to organise the day and time.
