Our kitchens and packing facility are located in Calne and in Highworth, both of which are in Wiltshire. We are not open to the public but visitors are welcome by appointment.

Delivery
Darling’s Real Food Limited will process your order promptly and will deliver according to the terms set out in the delivery area of the site.In the unlikely event that any of the products are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed via email of the progress of your order and offer you a partial shipment.
Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands and N.Ireland. We are working on this! Sadly, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
Our overnight courier charges cover any order up to 25 kg in weight. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for orders weighing more than this. We will advise you of any such charge in advance by email or telephone.
Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, shipping costs will only be applied once.
Returns Policy
We are proud to say that almost all our customers come to us by word of mouth. In order to ensure that we maintain our reputation for quality, service and integrity we guarantee that your food will arrive in first class condition on the promised date. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our food simply follow the instructions in the delivery box and we will refund the cost in full and without argument.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our business is located in England and governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts will apply.
